Production time

Your personalized banner will be ready to ship or pick up within 2 business days. The production clock starts the next business day after we receive full payment and the personalization details needed for your order.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the production time. Full payment is required before production or shipping. Rush production is not available.

Personalized orders and replacements

Personalized pre-made banners are not eligible for returns. If we make a mistake in producing your order, we will provide a replacement. Please report any production mistake within 24 hours after delivery for shipped orders, or within 24 hours after collection for pickup orders. Errors in customer-supplied artwork, designs, or personalization details are not covered.

U.S. shipping only. Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout before payment. International shipping is not available.

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before production starts. If we accept your cancellation before production begins, you will receive a full refund. Production may begin as soon as we receive your order and full payment, so a cancellation window is not guaranteed. The published turnaround time is not a waiting period before production begins.

To request a cancellation, call our shop immediately at 762-220-1110. Orders already in production cannot be canceled.
