How can I place an order?

For custom orders, we’ll review your request after payment is made, send you a
proof for approval, and begin production once everything is confirmed.
What is the image format for customization?
Not necessarily! You can:
* Provide us with your finished design file
* Or work with our in-house design team to create a custom design that fits
your needs
What file types do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution files in PDF (file must be without layers and
text converted to objects), EPS, PNG, or JPEG formats. If you’re unsure, just
send what you have for customer orders — we’ll check it for print quality.
Uploaded designs is responsibility of our customers, we will print the file as we
receive it.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product:
* Banners, Posters, Stickers: 1–4 business days
* Apparel & Laser Engraving: 5–10 business days
* Vehicle Wraps & Large Projects: 10–15 business days
Rush orders may be available — please contact us for details.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping and local delivery options. Please note that
once a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for shipping delays,
damages, or lost items caused by carriers.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! Local customers are welcome to pick up directly from our shop
once their order is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, checks, cash, and online payments. A 100%
deposit is required for large or custom projects.
Can you print copyrighted or branded material?
We print files exactly as they are submitted by our customers. It is the
customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use any logos,
images, or trademarks.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We provide discounted rates for large quantity orders on items such as
apparel, promotional items, signs, and more. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can you match specific colors?
We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but exact color matching
may vary slightly depending on materials and printing methods.
