At Print & Sign Solutions, we’re committed to delivering high-quality design work for your
business needs. These Design Services Terms of Use explain how our design projects work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you use our services.
By requesting a design project from us, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time, so please check back if you use our services again.
1. Your Content
If you provide us with text, images, logos, or other materials to use in your design, you confirm that you have the rights to use them. We can’t be responsible for opyright, trademark, or other issues if the content you provide belongs to someone else.
2. Our Designs
The designs we create for you may share some style or elements with work we’ve done for other clients. Unless you’ve provided the content, the design itself remains the property of Print & Sign Solutions. We may also show completed designs in our portfolio or use them as samples for marketing.
3. Project Changes & Cancellations
- You’ll receive an initial design proof. From that date, you have 10 days to request cancellation if you’re not satisfied. After 10 days, the project is considered accepted, and
payments are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for providing all content we need (images, text, etc.) to complete the
project.
- If you’d like changes or updates, please let us know as soon as possible.

4. Timelines
We’ll give you an estimated delivery time for your design project. While we always work hard to meet deadlines, please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary. We’re not responsible for delays or business impacts caused by late designs or printing.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we stand behind the quality of our work, Print & Sign Solutions is not responsible for:
- Any indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profits, or business interruptions.
- Legal issues regarding whether your final design is free to use. (We recommend checking
with an attorney if you need confirmation.)
