Please read these terms carefully—they explain how we work, your rights, and what to expect when you use our products and services. 1. Using Our Services
By using our website, products, or services, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into this agreement. If you don’t agree with these terms,
please do not use our services.

2. Ordering Products
- Please provide accurate information when placing your order.
- Product prices, promotions, and availability can change. Your order confirmation will show the correct price.
- Colors on screen may look slightly different from the final product due to differences between screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK), materials, finishes, and lighting.

3. Payment & Subscriptions
- Payment must be made in full before we can process your order. This includes any shipping fees, taxes, or duties.
- If you subscribe to a digital service, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of the period. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime through your account or by contacting us.
- Please contact us first before filing a payment dispute (chargeback), as it may result in service interruption or account cancellation.

4. Delivery & Risk
- Physical Products: Risk of loss passes to you when we hand products to our carrier.
Please inspect your order promptly and report any defects or damage within 14 days.

- Digital Products: Delivery is considered complete when the product is made accessible to you.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Physical Products: Damaged or defective items can be reported for a replacement or refund.
- Digital Products: Subscriptions can be canceled within 14 days of the first purchase for a refund. Later cancellations will apply at the end of the subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (images, templates, logos, software, etc.) belongs to Print & Sign Solutions or our licensors.
- You may only use our content to create and order products through us.
- You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

7. Responsible Use

Please use our services responsibly:

- Do not use our services for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
- Do not copy, sell, or claim our design elements as your own.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any content or orders that violate these rules.

8. Liability & Warranty
- We make every effort to provide high-quality products and services, but we cannot guarantee perfection.
- You are responsible for proofreading and checking your designs before submitting your order.
- We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Feedback & Privacy
- Any feedback you provide may be used by us freely to improve our roducts and services.
- Our Privacy & Cookie Notice explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes & Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Georgia courts.
